Vocations
Family. Friends. Future.
We understand that we have various vocations in our lives. Vocations are our places or callings in life. Some of your vocations probably include being a son or daughter, a brother or sister, a husband or wife, a father or mother, an employee or employer, a friend and neighbor and the like. You also have other vocations as you might be a manager, teacher, leader, educator, trainer, coach, or learner.
Vacations
Educational. Entertaining. Exciting.
We also understand that vacations are important. If you need to get away for the weekend, celebrate an accomplishment, achieve a life-long dream, or ”just because”, we can be of service. We specialize in family vacations, be it learning more about history or cultures, enjoying a cruise or an all-inclusive resort, and religious travel, as you may want to tour Europe and the Holy Land. We can be your one stop shop for all your vacation planning and travel arrangement needs.
We at Vocations and Vacations know that family and time are important, especially family time. We desire to serve you at a time which is convenient for you. If you are looking at booking a family vacation, learning more about different cultures around the globe, or just wanting to get away for the weekend, let us assist you in booking your travel and helping you start your vacation on the right foot. For more information about what we offer, or to learn about our specials, please e-mail us at vacations@vocationsandvacations.com and we’ll help you with your travel needs.
We also know that it takes many people working together to make a community. Some vocations are highlighted in the world around us: entertainers, sports stars, and even YouTube or Podcast sensations. Other vocations, such as police officers, firefighters, EMTs and medical personnel, don’t always get the recognition that they deserve. And then there are those whose praises are seldom sung, unless they are absolutely needed, such as an electrician, plumber, HVAC repairman, and the like. We know that there are some who are not thrilled at college or university, who struggled in school, and who want to work with their hands. We’ve decided to shine a spotlight on those types of vocations and will be starting a podcast and posting about it on our Vocation Spotlight page. Look for it soon on your favorite podcasting app. If you have a vocation that you think should be in the spot light, send us an e-mail at vocations@vocationsandvacations.com and we will look at scheduling an interview with someone working in that field.
